WITHDRAWAL POLICy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

Consequences of withdrawal:  
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.  
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.  
- The goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.  
- Opened or used products are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.  

Return costs are borne by buyer.
