WITHDRAWAL POLICy

Customers from the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), has received the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from a different type of delivery chosen by you), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
