GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Parties  
The seller is TAPY.  
The buyer is the customer.

2. Contract  
The purchase contract becomes binding once the order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

3. Delivery  
Products are shipped to the address provided by the buyer.  
Estimated delivery time:

• Switzerland: 3–5 business days.

• Europe: 4–8 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

4. Prices & Payment  
All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) / EUR.  
Payment methods: [insert payment options].  
Goods remain property of TAPY until full payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns  

Due to hygiene reasons, TAPY products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Products are considered opened once the packaging has been unsealed or the contents have been removed.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt (EU customers only).

Customers outside the European Union are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty  
Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt.  

7. Liability  
TAPY is not liable for improper use of the product.  
The products are not medical devices and are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Jurisdiction  
Jurisdiction is Switzerland, Canton Zurich.
