GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Parties  
The seller is TAPY.  
The buyer is the customer.

2. Contract  
The purchase contract becomes binding once the order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

3. Delivery  
Products are shipped to the address provided by the buyer.  
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

4. Prices & Payment  
All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) / EUR.  
Payment methods: [insert payment options].  
Goods remain property of TAPY until full payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns  
Customers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right according to EU law.  
Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products in original packaging.  
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.  
Customers in Switzerland: TAPY voluntarily grants the same return policy as above.

6. Warranty  
Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt.  

7. Liability  
TAPY is not liable for improper use of the product.  
The products are not medical devices and are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Jurisdiction  
Jurisdiction is Switzerland, Canton Zurich.
