Due to hygiene reasons, TAPY products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used.
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt (EU customers only).
Customers in Switzerland and outside the European Union are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
